The outbound track for the procedure for a category A aircraft is 281°M. Once you are within the 25nm MSA disk, you are free to leave your original flight planned track as long as you do not descend below the MSA in IMC. If you can get within 30° of 281°M, you can go straight into the procedure without the need for a sector entry. The closest track that is within 30° of 281 is 311°M
