Hi I am self studying the IREX and getting ready for the exam and am looking to purchase the reference documents.

Do I need to purchase all the TAC and ERCs etc, or is there a subset that the exam is limited to?

Thanks for your help.

Hi Mike,

All of the documents and charts mentioned in the CASA required documents list are important as questions can be drawn from any of them. that means you will need a full set of DAPS, ERCs, TACs etc.. We have an air law extract for the IREX which you can get as a PDF from us (no cost). It includes information from the CAR, CASR and CAOs relevent to the exam. The PDF will need to be printed and bound before you can use it in the exam. Send Lee an email on This email address is being protected from spambots. Thanks Rich. Just checking as this is an expensive exercise for a PPL flyer looking to upgrade capabilities.
