Avoidable Accidents: Partial Power Loss

In fact, the ATSB website has quite a lot of good information there. Sobering reading alot of it but definitely worthwhile and will help keep you from becoming complacent.
By the way, another good publication is CASA's free Flight Safety Australia magazine. If you do not subscribe already, it'd be a good idea to check it out. Very informative and well worth the effort of flicking through the pages.
