Fatigue Risk Management Systems - appendix 5
p134 Q.3

You have finished a FDP at 0200 LMT on four occasions in the last four days. The earliest time at which you could commence a FDP tomorrow is-
answer (d) 0500 LMT

The explanation refers to Appendix 5 para 1.6 - no more than 4 FDPs which include any time between midnight and 0459 local time.

Q1 - Does the answer actually mean ‘tomorrow’, i.e. 27 hours after the end of the last FDP?

Q2 - If so, what is the earliest time at which you could commence a FDP ‘today’? (considering off-duty period limits mentioned in clause 5) - would it be:

(a) 1000 LMT (8 consecutive hours of sleeping access), or
(b) 1200 LMT (10 consecutive hours of sleeping access)

Cheers.
