Hey everyone me again...:()
Just with question6.... from the updated printout for appendix 4...
Short of it.... away from home base...FDP at 0830, but called at 0700 to be advised delayed and now new commencement time is 1000... new FDP now deemed to commence at?
Now the answer is 1000 with FDP limit of 11 hrs...

So we have been informed of delay within the 1 hr...
4.7 explains that the time between these two is a stand by ...
The 6.4 of appendix 4 states that
To remove any doubt, the period of time which FCM is held in a stand by like arrangement must be treated as a duty period for the purpose of this CAO...
4.10 does say if the single delay is at least 10 hrs AOC can then consider it to be an off duty period...
Or have I just read it too much ...:/

Because you where given notice earlier than required (ie: more than an hour) the FDP can commence at the later time.
