Several of the questions in the online practice tests for Performance reference the work booklet, but the booklet must have changed since the questions were done. The pages mentioned often don't relate to the question at all and in some cases don't even exist (refer to page 22; refer to page 23; etc - the booklet is only 20 pages!)
