Hi All,

Just have a query about the explanation of the SPECI for Sydney on page 133.

SPECIYSSY 131900Z VRB01KT 3000 HZ VCFG FEW030 18/17 Q1018 RMK RF00.0/000.0

The explanation reads that minimum visibility was 3000 metres. There was fog in the vicinity b/w 8km and 16km. Is the HZ not mentioned in the explanation? or is the visibility 3000 metres due to the haze?

Still getting my head around things.

Dobbo.

3000 HZ means that the visibility is 3000 meters in haze. I've changed the text in the explanation to reflect that. Thanks for your feed-back.
