Hi guys, quick clarification question if I may.

PROB isn't used in TTF (AIP GEN 3.5 para 3.6.3). Does that mean if I have a valid TTF for my ETA, I can ignore any PROB in the TAF?

i.e. I can just use TTF, ignore the TAF, and also discount the 30 min buffer period for any OPRs because it's a TTF?

thanks!

That's correct. A TTF has a validity of only three hours and is replaced every hour. It's not much use trying to give a probability of variations over that time period.
