I just want to ask question regarding the report when leaving A060 to A040.

What should say? is it Leaving six thousand and maintaining four thousand / Leaving six thousand for four thousand or others?

If ATC has asked you to report when you commence your descent you will use: "Leaving 6000 for 4000, ABC".
If you are supposed to report when approaching 4000 you will use "Reaching 4000, ABC" or "Approaching 4000, ABC"

You will not use "maintaining 4000" unless you are actually maintaining 4000.

Cheers,
