Rounding before or after for fuel

Hi aviators,

I'm looking at a question that is for calculating fuel for a trip.
It's for 110minutes @ 40 litres/hour.
If I use a calculator, I get 110/60 = 1.833333333 (do I round this number to 2 decimals?)
If I don't round, I get I get 73.3333333333
If I do round, I get 73.2

I then have to calculate a holding time, and taxi fuel. These 2 numbers are whole.
Once I have the total fuel, I need to convert to kgs.

If I don't round, I get an answer of 70.08, which rounded to the next whole kilo as stated in the question, I get 71
If I do round to 73.2, then I get 69.984, which rounded to the next whole kilo as stated in the question, I get 70

Do I round this to two digits to make it 1.83, or not?
I would hate to fail this question for being out by 1.

Thanks in advance!

G'day Jaser33

The best advice I can give is to only round for the final answer, as that is what we believe is CASA's method.

Cheers
