AndrewM123 created the topic: PVT recency requirements with Passengers?

I am having trouble finding the ref for PVT recency requirements with passengers. Bob Tait Book Jun 2010 CIR Ex set 5, Q5 states that if pax are onboard you need 3 t/o's and landings withing 90 days (same for day and night).

Is this reference found in CAR 5.82, an if so has it changed recently?

This is the current CAR 5.82

I don't think it has been changed.

Yep.

It's sub-paragraph (b) in the same regulation.

Hi Bob,

Just wanting to clarify how CASA defines three take offs and landings: will completing an hour of circuits undertakings multiple touch and goes fulfil this requirement; or are they meaning three separate flights?

Thanks,

Luke

Three consecutive curits would be OK. You don't have to do three separate trips.
