Hi everyone!

New to this forum. I am onto my very last exam (Perf) and just wondering what are the permitted material for this exam.

Specifically, is AIP allowed for this exam?

Thanks everyone!

Hi Tom,

Welcome to the forums. The permitted materials for the CASA Performance exam are -

ERSA Complete. That is the current ERSA plus the Runway Distance Supplement [RDS].
CASA say you need navigation equipment which includes dividers, compass, ruler and a non-electronic navigation computer .
You also need access to CAAP 92-11(1) Aeroplane Landing Areas and CAAP 234-1(0) fuel reserves. You don't need to take all of the CAAPS - just those two will be fine. Have a read of them before you go to the exam.
The AIP is not permitted nor is it necessary.

Good luck with the exam. If you have passed all of the others, you should have no trouble with this one.

Cheers

Bob
