Hi,
The aircraft data at the beginning of the test states "Assume the flight is air transport" but it then states "Fuel reserves are in accordance with CASR 91 MOS Chapter 19 Table 19.02".

If it is air transport shouldn't it be IAW MOS 135 Chapter 7?

The answers provided on page 131 for Q 5 and 6 appear to use a final reserve fuel of 45 minutes at the cruise rate and have included 10% contingency fuel.

You are correct. It is Part 135 that gives the fuel requirements Air Transport. Thanks for the feed-back.
