I have ordered the E-Book of the PPL also known as BAK book! - i was just wondering when the order will be processed...
This is an old post and Rhys' order has been well and truly processed, but here's a note for anyone else asking the same question:
Orders are processed during work hours and will be processed in the order they are received.
Digital orders once entered are synchronised with the online school enrolment system and this synchronisation can take up to an hour after processing. We are working on a fully automated system and this will be rolled out after we migrate to our new servers shortly.
New students receive an email with the login details at www.bobtait-online.com and existing users simply use their old details and the new product will appear in their course list automatically.
